Senior Master Sgt. James Robbins, superintendent of operations, 99th ground combat training squadron, Creech AFB, Nev. Robbins directs daily operations for Silver Flag Alpha which is the Air Forces' largest Security Forces Regional Training Center. He manages pre-deployment training for over 3,000 students annually deploying in support of overseas contingency operations. Additionally, Robbins advises the commander and security forces manager on operational issues affecting the unit and ensures the military readiness, training, professional development, and mission effectiveness of a selectively manned instructor and civilian staff of 57 personnel from multiple Air Force Specialty Codes.
