Staff Sgt. Roman Watson, 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Watson is the noncommissioned officer in charge of an Honor Guard flight. His area of coverage for performing military honors for veterans ranges across three states, spreading 24,000 miles. While assigned to the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing and the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing, Watson's leadership enabled him to be the head trainer and certifier of both Honor Guard programs.
