Prepare for lift off

An F-86 Sabre aircraft is lifted over the perimeter gate, Feb. 20, 2014, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. Airmen from the 4th Equipment Maintenance Squadron spent hours carefully hoisting and maneuvering the Sabre, which belongs to the city of Goldsboro, from one trailer to another in order to get the aircraft onto base. Members will spend the next few months repairing and painting the aircraft to return to the city. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Brittain Crolley)
