Republic of Singapore ME1 Joshua Chiang, 428th Fighter Squadron, is awarded a diploma at the Airman Leadership School graduation at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, Sept. 12, 2013. Chiang was also awarded distinguished honor graduate along with two other classmates. Chiang is one of the three RSAF Airmen to attend ALS for the first time in Air Combat Command.
