An MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper sit on the flight line of Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., Aug. 19, prior to maintenance that will keep them flying and training the next generation of Air Force pilots and sensor operators. The MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper both specialize in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. Training for both aircraft is currently centralized at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. The MQ-1's primary mission is interdiction and conducting armed reconnaissance against critical, perishable targets.
