A newly-designed app was used to document and geo-tag a damaged section of the flight line Feb. 3, 2015, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The free-to-download app, designed by U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Terrance Miller, 7th Operation Support Squadron airfield manager, allows Airmen on the flight line to take a picture of damaged sections, geo-tag it, and email it to a spreadsheet with exact coordinates to facilitate quicker response time for repairs.
