The Holocaust, a day of remembrance

Theresa Dulgov, Holocaust survivor, informs a group of military members and students about her experience living through the Holocaust during the Holocaust day of remembrance at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., April 21, 2015. Dulgov was invited by the German Air Force Flying Training Center and Holloman and was happy to have the opportunity to tell her story as she believes it will serve a large part in Holocaust education. “I think it’s marvelous because, I don’t think that younger people really understand what it was like living through the Holocaust. I need them to see and believe that this is what really happened, and to educate them about this tragedy,” said Dulgov. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Aaron Montoya / Released)
