Bomb building: Creech leadership shadows Ammo Airmen

Chief Master Sgt. Michael Ditore, 432nd Wing/432nd Air Expeditionary Wing command chief assists Airman Andrew and Airman Emily, both 432nd Maintenance Squadron munitions flight crew members to perform maintenance on six inert GBU-12 Paveway II laser-guided bombs April 27, 2016, at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada. Col. Case Cunningham, 432nd Wg/432nd AEW commander, also assisted in the build as part of Ditore’s shadow an Airman initiative, a program implemented as an avenue for Ditore and Cunningham to meet their Airmen and boost morale within the wing.
