Airmen, civilians gain resilience through MMA

Franklin Mosley, 633rd Security Forces flight chief and combatives course instructor, gives a demonstration with Lorenz Larkin, a professional Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial artist, on how to execute various grappling techniques from the full mount position during a combatives course at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Dec. 8, 2016.
