Noethe reviewed the procedures to drop a training bundle weighing approximately 3,000 pounds which was designed to simulate a heavy equipment air drop. This training helps the 71st RQS remain ready to provide rapidly deployable, expeditionary personnel recovery forces to theater commanders for contingency response operations worldwide.
