Mosquito Spraying comes full circle

A U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules assigned to the 757th Airlift Squadron, Youngstown, Ohio, awaits main engine start-up, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Aug. 1, 2017.
