Outbound assignments provide smooth PCS transitions

Garner and Turner took accountability for individual folders in preparation for their office’s transition from a section-based system, in which customers deal with various sections of the shop to complete out-processing, to a letter-based system, which will enable customers to have one outbound assignments Airman assigned to their orders.
