New Horizons Embedded Health Engagement provides unparalleled training

U.S. Air Force Maj. Adam Hebdon, 346th Expeditionary Medical Operations Squadron family physician, checks the ears of a local girl in Meteti, Panama, April 10, 2018. Hebdon was part of an Embedded Health Engagement Team, which gave him a unique learning experience by submerging him into local clinics. The team was participating in Exercise New Horizons 2018, which will assist communities throughout Panama by providing medical assistance and building facilities such as schools, a youth community center and a women’s health ward.
