Moctar Sana and Senior Airman Courtney Wilking, 4th Civil Engineer Squadron pavement and production specialists, connect a generator to the alternate auxilary tower Sept. 4, 2019, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. The 4th CES, to include equipment operators, electricians, plumbers, structural craftsman, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and production technicians, are providing 24-hour response and recovery operations during and following Hurricane Dorian.
