A COVID-19 Passenger Screening Questionnaire used by the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing is used at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, April 8, 2020. The 386th AEW developed the questionnaire as a tool for Airmen to use during the screening of other country nationals.
