Airmen assigned to the 23d Wing connect the STARCART to a fuel bladder Feb. 23, 2021, at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The STARCART is a prototype 300 gallon-per-minute refueling platform designed to provide Combatant Commanders a “light and lean” refueling capability to generate aircraft in any environment. The 23d Logistics Readiness Squadron Fuels Management Flight tested the STARCART’s capabilities during Mosaic Tiger 21-1 to determine its suitability to generate aircraft in support of the Air Forces new agile combat employment construct.
