Moody inspires culture change with facilitator training

Jacinta Howell, Moody’s sexual assault response coordinator, was part of a resiliency team who developed facilitator training for more than 200 Airmen that took place May 17-21, 2021, at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The goal of the week-long event was to equip Airmen throughout units at Moody with specialized training on how to guide small-group discussions on suicide prevention and sexual-assault response.
