332d Air Expeditionary Wing participates in mass casualty training exercise

An HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter from the 46th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron takes off from an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia March 13, 2023, with simulated injured patients during a mass casualty training scenario. The operations rehearsal tested the capability to deliver rapid on-site medical care and interoperability with host nation civilian agencies to force multiply response and recovery efforts.
