A whiteboard sits on display during the graduation of United States Marine Corps Designated Marksman Course class 2-24, Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Virginia, Feb. 14, 2024. The course took place over five weeks where the 12 graduates spent more than 75 hours firing over 10,600 rounds of live ammunition under the expert instruction of DM cadre. The DM Course was reviewed by the Office for Naval Research which found it was operating at peak efficiency, achieving results on par or above all other marksmanship courses across the Department of the Navy.
