U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 759th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Detachment (Airborne) deliberate on organizing medical supplies during AMISTAD 24 in Filadelfia, Paraguay, July 31, 2024. The 759th FRSD (ABN) is one of three Airborne surgical teams in the U.S. Army. The unit was originally activated in 1945 and has a rich history of deployment in support of Vietnam War, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom Sentinel.
