    The Larson Awards are Twenty-Fifth Air Force’s way to recognize the top technicians vital to accomplishing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions. Of the nearly 18,000 Airmen eligible to take the Larson Awards tests, 36 finalists were invited to San Antonio for a week of recognition activities, including a banquet where final medal rankings were revealed and the hardware was presented by Maj. Gen. Maj. Gen. Mary O’Brien, Twenty-Fifth Air Force commander and Chief Master Sgt. Stanley Cadell, Twenty-Fifth Air Force command chief. Airmen received gold, silver, and bronze medals during the 2018 Maj. Gen. Doyle E. Larson Awards ceremony, Dec. 6.
  • MQ-9 Reaper featured in 2018 Air Force Marathon

    The MQ-9 Reaper was this year’s featured aircraft for the 22nd annual Air Force Marathon Sept. 13-15, 2018 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. MQ-9 aircrew, maintainers and intelligence Airmen traveled to the marathon with the aircraft in order to share its persistent attack and reconnaissance capabilities and the role they play in today’s military operations.
