The Airmen of Twelfth Air Force and Air Forces Southern welcomed a new commander during a ceremony Oct. 3 at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz.Lieutenant Gen. Mark Kelly received the Twelfth Air Force flag from Navy Adm. Kurt Tidd, commander of U.S. Southern Command, during the change of command
