The 29th Weapons Squadron and its two formal courses—Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) and Advanced Instructor Course (AIC) — serve as the bridge from the Herk community to the Air Force and Joint enterprises. Upon graduation from the strenuous course, the pilots proudly don a silver patch with the
