The scene resembles that of a science fiction movie— moving in slow motion as the various sounds of the flightline are subconsciously replaced by the eerie sound of shallow breaths in a mask. At Joint Base Langley-Eustis, the Airmen assigned to the 733rd Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels facility perform one of their many responsibilities, ensuring pilots have oxygen at high altitudes.

This year’s theme for the campaign is "Put Your Best Fork Forward," which acts as a reminder that each bite counts and how simple changes in food choices can have positive effect over time. The theme is geared toward encouraging individuals to start with small changes in eating habits, such as preparing meals at home or making healthy selections while out.

    The 733rd Logistics Readiness Squadron Vehicle Management Flight was chosen to participate in a 12-month long experimental testing of a new bio-based grease to lessen the base's impact on the environment. The 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron and representatives from the Defense Logistics Agency briefed the vehicle management flight about the impact of the bio-based grease on the three vehicles chosen to test the grease Jan. 31.
