F-22 Raptor FTU begins move to JBLE

Gen. Mark Kelly, commander, Air Combat Command, signed a memorandum, Jan. 20, directing the stand-up of the F-22 Raptor Formal Training Unit at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.
