    The Air Combat Command selected Senior Airman Cederic Williams, a mental health technician assigned to the 99th Medical Operations Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, as the enlisted service member, who went on to win for 2018.
  • Davis-Monthan named top base in the Air Force

    The Office of the Secretary of Defense named Davis-Monthan the top base in the Air Force for the second time in six years. The base won the 2018 Commander-in-Chief's Installation Excellence Award, which recognizes the outstanding and innovative efforts of the service members who operate and maintain U.S. military installations. Davis-Monthan last won the award in 2012.
  • JA Airmen take home gold

    Holloman Air Force Base’s 49th Wing Legal Office was named Air Combat Command’s Legal Office of the Year for 2017.
  • Nuclear Deterrence Operations names CGO of the Year

    Winners of the 2016 Nuclear Deterrence Operations, and Nuclear and Missile Operations Awards were announced in July 2017. Among the selected few was a 70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing cyber warrior.
