Children help family stay fit
LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Kristina Urban, 10, daughter of Carol and Tech. Sgt. Lou Urban, cooks the beef while her brother, Paul, 6, shreds lettuce for dinner, March 17. Once a week, Kristina and Paul are allowed to prepare a meal for "family cook night" under their parents’ supervision. Families learn to make nutritious food choices with FitFamily. Sergeant Urban is currently deployed from the 1st Equipment Maintenance Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va.
