  • New fitness components available to test takers on January 1, 2022

    All Air Combat Command (ACC) Airmen are now able to take the new Air Force Fitness Test Components as of January 1, 2022. The new components, announced earlier this year, are the Hand Release Push-Ups, Cross Leg Reverse Crunch, Plank and a High Aerobic Multi-Shuttle Run.
