JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. -- General Mark D. Kelly, commander of the Air Combat Command, announced the recipients of the 2020 ACC Air Force Outstanding Unit Award and Air Force Organizational Excellence Award on Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Dec. 11, 2020.
