4th Fighter Wing aircraft arrive for AGILE FLAG 24-1

 F-15E Strike Eagles from the 4th Fighter Wing, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, South Carolina, arrived in support of AGILE FLAG 24-1, Jan. 26, 2024. The exercise will take place in various locations throughout California and last approximately one week. 

During the exercise, the 4th Fighter Wing will test their ability to generate combat air power while continuing to move, maneuver, and sustain the wing and subordinate force elements in a dynamic and contested environment. 

Throughout the exercise they will command and control Strike Eagles from the 335th Fighter Squadron. They will also integrate with Air Mobility Command’s 621st Contingency Response Wing from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey and total force partners from the Montana Air National Guard, California ANG and Nevada ANG to deliver combat air power while operating from dispersed locations. 

Expeditionary communications are being provided by the 52nd Combat Communication Squadron from Robins AFB, Georgia, and total force partners from the 242nd Combat Communications Squadron, Washington ANG.
