The general commands 9th Air Force and U.S. Central Command Air Forces and he stopped by the facility to visit staff and patients during a short visit to Balad. Captain Weatherbee is a staff nurse deployed from the 859th Medical Operations Squadron at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
