Bridge Chats discussion guides provide an opportunity to initiate conversations on important topics amongst Airmen and leaders. Small group discussions create cohesive, high-performing teams that foster trust and connection. HQ ACC provides the topic but the timing, delivery and discussion questions are at the commander's discretion. Discussions can occur during staff meetings, shift changes, guard mounts or during an informal walk around.
