  • Improving our Air Force with the HoloLens 2

    The 366th Fighter Wing Air Force Repair Enhancement Program (AFREP) technicians now have the HoloLens 2. This is a wireless head mounted augmented reality device that allows service members to touch, grasp and move holograms like it is a real object.

  • A-10s land on Michigan State Highway

    Four A-10 Thunderbolt IIs from the 354th Fighter Squadron and the Michigan Air National Guard’s 127th Wing landed on a state highway as part of Northern Strike 21, a large-scale training exercise, in Alpena, Michigan, August 5, 2021.

  • 53rd Wing executes Black Flag 21-2

    The 53rd Wing conducted Black Flag 21-2, the largest Black Flag to date July 13-16, 2021. The three-day large force joint test event occurred included more than 30 Air Force and Navy aircraft. 

  • 4th CES EOD flight hosts multi-base FTX

    Explosive Ordnance Disposal members from the 4th Civil Engineer Squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina hosted and participated in field training exercise Operation Guillotine along with EOD members from Shaw AFB, South Carolina and Andrews AFB, Maryland, July 26 – July 30, 2021.
