  • CSAF recognizes accomplishments of DM Airmen, Dynamic Wing

    U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr. visited Airmen at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base on Feb. 18, 2021. During Brown’s time at Davis-Monthan, Airmen were able to explain ways the 355th Wing pioneers agile combat employment through the Dynamic Wing concept, as well as reaffirm their actions to support his Accelerate Change or Lose strategic guidance.
  • Contested Coastal Rescue Training

    The 48th and 55th Rescue Squadrons completed contested maritime training off the coast of California, Nov. 1-14, 2020. The training included day and night operations in which they executed a series of rescue procedures over the Pacific Ocean to enhance overall rescue capabilities, not only on land but also over and in water.
  • Locked and Loaded

    The Airmen of the 355th Wing are committed to readiness and maintaining the ability to deploy at a moment's notice. The individual Protective Equipment Element, assigned to the 355th Logistics Readiness Squadron's material management flight, keeps them ready. The IPEE has a significant impact on the wing’s ability to stay geared up and lethal.
