Colonel ABRAHAM L. JACKSON

Col. Abraham L. Jackson is the Director of Intelligence, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley- Eustis, Virginia. In this role, he advocates for intelligence policy and weapons system requirements to enable combat- ready Airmen to ensure rapid deployment and employment globally. The command provides conventional warfare forces to all unified commands to ensure air, cyber, and information superiority for warfighters and national decision-makers. 
 
Col. Jackson commissioned through Officer Training School in 1998, post-graduation from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelor of Political Science. He is a career Intelligence Officer. 

Previously, Col. Jackson commanded EUCOM/J2 Joint Analytic Center, RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom, where he led the indications and warning for the defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and all-source intelligence analysis in the campaign to deny and defeat the Russian invasion of Ukraine. 

Col. Jackson has served in a variety of operations units, Air Staff positions, and commanded the 19 Weapons Squadron, United States Air Force Weapons School. He has deployed as a squadron intelligence officer, Joint Special Operations Air Component Intelligence Operations Chief, and as Deputy Chief, 609th Air Operations Center ISR Division in support of operations Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Resolute Support, and Inherent Resolve.

Prior to this assignment, Col. Jackson served as the Chief, Futures and Concepts Division, Deputy Chief of Staff, Air Force Futures, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Va.
